End of Year Graphs

 

 

There are three graphs to be made, Attendance, Credit, and Discipline.

The details for the graphs are as follows:

 

All graphs:

-   Title is 30 pt font and bolded.

-   The x- and y-axis labels should be 20 pt font and bolded.

-   The legend should be on the bottom and should be 20 pt font not bolded.

-   The scale number should be 16 point font and not bolded. 

 

 

Attendance Graph:

-          legend: “Days Absent”

-          title:     “Attendance”

-          y-axis:   “Absences”

-          x-axis:   “Unit”

-          y-scale: min 0  max 15, scale major unit is 1 (goes up by 1s)

 

Credit Graph:

-          legend:   “Credit Earned”

-          title:   “Credit”

-          y-axis: “Credit”

-          x-axis: “Unit”

-          y-scale: min 0  max 1, scale major unit is 0.1 (goes up by tenths); see teacher if you need greater than 1 (for instance, you earned 1.1 credits)

 

Discipline Graph:

-          legend:  “Referrals” and “Staff Appeals”

-          title:     “Discipline”

-          y-axis:   “Incidences”

-          x-axis:   “Unit”

-          y-scale:   min 0  max 5 OR one more than max number of incidences if 5 or more.  (ex: if 6 times, the scale should go to 7);  scale major unit is 1. 

 

Detentions for Tardies:

-          legend:  “Detentions”

-          title:  “Detentions for Tardies”

-          y-axis:  “Number of Detentions”

-          x-axis:  “Unit”

-          y-scale:  min 0 max – 5 or the maximum number of units in any unit rounded to the nearest 5.  (for example:  if the maximum number of detentions earned in any unit was 7 then the max would be 10); scale major unit is 1
